My only complaint is the short battery life that is a problem on most holographic sights but other than that it's a really nice optic. Just get it

This is a great optic. Target acquisition is fast and very accurate. It's well built and if it fell, it feels like it could handle the impact. I have recommended this to all my friends and some of them have bought them with the same enjoyment.

I needed to update my review after giving the vortex amg another try.For first timers, the instructions need to be a bit clearer on adjusting the quick release lever and then the adjustment of a click screw on the opposite side that shouldn’t be forced or the screw can be stripped/damaged. It fits the iwi tavor ts12 beautifully.This holographic red dot sight is very very good; I also own a Holosun AEMS AND EOTECH EXPS 3-2,3-4 and the Vortex is on par with both.—————————————————————Original reviewSo disappointed that this scope didn’t fit my iwi tavor ts12 pic rail. Works fantastic. Looks badass on my new LWRC. It’s definitely real Vortex and exactly as described in the listing.

For the conditions I have with my eyes this was by far the best optic I have ever used for any of my firearms. 10/10 would recommend. Clarity along with a crisp reticle I can stay on target way better than other optics I have used.

Great red dot system, it's built like a brick sh!t house and the reticle is pretty nice in the sense you can hold accordingly. My only issue is the button location. I wish they were preferably side mounted or even on top. If you are running a 3X Magnifier or something behind it be ready to space them apart, get rid of whatever is mounted behind it or really dig to hit the buttons. That's really my only gripe

Wasn’t sure it would be worth the cost. But at $499 was a hundred less than anywhere else. Have the micro6 multiplier and 100 yards is easy to acquire target with the red dot. I like being able to use both eyes because of the large window. 200 rounds later, I am sold on this red dot.

I took mine back and got an Eotech but it wasn’t bad
